Liene Krūmiņa
Liene Krūmiņa is a strategic business law specialist specializing in corporate law, contract law, sustainability and governance (ESG) matters, as well as employment law, providing legal support to companies in Finland and the Baltic region. She obtained her academic education at the University of Latvia, where she earned a Master's degree in Law, and later expanded her knowledge at Aalto University.
Throughout her career, Liene has worked at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia and gained significant experience in international law firms Borenius in Latvia and Finland, until becoming the Managing Partner of LKOS Law Office in 2015. Alongside her legal practice, she actively serves as a board member and Vice-Chair of the Finnish-Latvian Trade Association, and has been a member of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates since 2013.
