IEVA AZANDA
Ieva Azanda has been advising clients on various legal matters for nearly 20 years, providing day-to-day legal support, drafting contracts, and assisting in contract negotiations.
Ieva has worked with clients from a wide range of industries. She has extensive experience in drafting and tailoring various types of lease agreements to meet specific client needs, handling day-to-day issues related to performance, disputes, and termination of contracts, as well as drafting construction and technical documentation, dispute resolution, negotiations, and litigation, including construction disputes and debt recovery.
✏️ Ieva has represented clients before various state and municipal authorities, including the Competition Council, the National Electronic Mass Media Council, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, the Public Utilities Commission, the State Revenue Service, the Procurement Monitoring Bureau, and local building boards, among others.
Ieva obtained her academic education at international universities, earning a Master's degree with distinction in International and EU Financial and Corporate Law (LL.M. Summa cum laude) from the Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor's degree from Concordia International University. She has also expanded her knowledge at the University of Sussex and through doctoral studies at Riga Stradiņš University.
Alongside her practice, Ieva conducts training on various competition and legal matters and regularly advances her knowledge through international training programs.
