We defend clients in administrative violations cases at the institutional and court level. We assist with review and assessment of substance of each case and provide our clients with reasoned opinions about the success rates and possible strategies to approach the necessity to revoke the decision on administrative violation.

We draft all the procedural and substantive documents in the case, including, but not limited, to:

• Depositary and fact finding documents;
• Applications regarding revocation of a decision on administrative violation and/or mitigations of penalty;
• Petitions to the courts regarding evidence and experts;
• Appeals claims (administrative violations case are not subject to cassation claims);
• Administrative agreements and the approval thereof.
