AZANDA & ASSOCIATES represents clients at all court instances in civil cases tried in accordance with the general rules of Civil Procedure. We assist with review and assessment of substance of each case and provide our clients with reasoned opinions about the success rates and possible strategies during the litigation. We draft all the procedural and substantive documents in the case, including, but not limited, to:

• Applications for granting/revocation of security and/or interim measures;
• Principal and interim applications to the court;
• Defendant’s explanations in the case;
• Petitions to the courts regarding evidence, experts and opinion of an institution;
• Appeals and cassation claims;
• Execution of judgments;
• Settlement documents and the approval thereof.

We also help our clients with matters reviewed within the special civil procedure, such as, establishment of legal facts, insolvency and legal protection procedures in the courts and similar.
