We consult with respect to opening of gas and electricity markets, restructuring of incumbent energy market operators and market entries of alternative suppliers.

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES consults with respect to interaction with the Public Utilities Services Regulator and acquisition of the licenses and permits for operation of relevant part of energy business, including, among others, permits for production of electric energy, permits for sales of cogenerated electric energy, or obligatory purchases, of guaranteed payments. We also advise in relation to preparation of all the information and reports to be submitted to the Public Utilities Services Regulator.

We advise in relation to energy and biofuels, among other things, in relation to instruments dealing with promotion of renewables and biofuel, instruments regarding energy efficiency and promotion of co-generation.

We also provide consultations with respect to state aid and other matters related to renewable energy.

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES advises in relation to tenders and procedures in relation to usage of various types of natural resources, such as wood, sand, oil and similar.
