Consumer protection

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES assists in evaluation of compliance of clients’ practice with the general consumer protection rules, regulation of unfair commercial practices, as well as sector specific rules, addressed to consumer lending companies, merchants of communications and similar.

We represent the clients at the Consumer Protection Centre.

We draft, among others, the following documents:

• Explanations to the authority regarding consumer complaints;
• Requests for reasoned opinions and references;
• Template agreements and rules to be approved by the authorities;
• Settlement documents with aggrieved consumers.

We also represent clients’ interests in the court in case of private consumer claims.
