AZANDA & ASSOCIATES conducts “red flag” and full legal due diligences of potential target companies (Purchaser’s DD) or before organized sales (Vendor’s DD). The format and the scope of the due diligence can be agreed with the client depending on the nature and complexity of envisaged transactions.AZANDA & ASSOCIATES can also provide due diligence services required before issuing of all types of securities on the capital markets.

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES also provides services for preparation of the company or its assets, or business for a potential transaction by conducting vendor due diligence and providing follow-up services in order to mitigate the risks discovered during the legal due diligence process. We can also conduct vendor’s due diligence to ensure adequate and timely disclosure of information to a potential acquirer.

Upon the request of the client we can also issue reliance letters to other parties wishing to rely on the due diligence report issued by AZANDA & ASSOCIATES.
