Provision of legal services to Optometrijas centrs Ltd. regarding management buyout of majority of the shares

In June 2016 management of company Optometrijas centrs Ltd. in cooperation with fund BPM Mezzanine Fund realized buyout of company’s shares and established new company OC Invest Ltd. shareholders of which are three members of the board of Optometrijas centrs Ltd. Jānis Dzenis, Pēteris Cikmačs, Gatis Kokins, as well as Toms Dzenis. Company Optometrijas centrs manages chains of optician’s shops under trademarks Vision Express, Optio, Pasaules optika, Lornete - 68 optician’s shops in Latvia and Lithuania in total, as well as two online shops under the trademark dr.Lensor. Azanda & Associates ensured successful implementation of the process from the legal point of view.
